Adeleke University notice on change in resumption date for 2020/2021 session

I bring to you season’s greetings from the President/Vice-Chancellor Prof. Solomon Ajayi Adebola, hoping that you are all doing great.

In our last press release on December 14, 2020, we stated that Monday January 04, 2021 is the resumption day for both returning and new students.

However, National Universities Commission recently issued a directive in their letter dated 23rd December, 2020 in line with the directive of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 that all academic activities involving large crowds should be suspended whilst the universities remain closed pending further directives by the Federal Government on the reopening of schools.

Consequent upon this, the university management wishes to inform parents and students that academic activities and resumption formalities will be communicated in due course.

Kindly understand the present situation with us.

Please have the assurances of the President/Vice-Chancellor.

Thank you.

Signed
